1) Take it easy (with the mileage)

2) Transition in stages (not all minimal shoes are created equal)

3) Minimalist shoes are just tools for a job

4) Learn to love stretching

5) Build calf strength

6) Develop your whole technique (it’s not only about the foot)

7) Look after your feet

8) Walk around barefoot

9) Hit the gym

10) Listen to your body
