Manual work (neck/shoulder/upper back), posture/movement corrections, and where appropriate, techniques aimed at easing nervous‐system burden.
Together we’ll map out sleep, diet, stress management, ergonomic factors, neck strain—all part of reducing recurrence.
Reducing the frequency and severity of headaches isn’t just about stopping them when they arrive—it’s about making them less likely.
A constant, throbbing or pressure-type headache, often worse when lying down, bending forward or coughing.
Seeing blurred vision, blind spots, double vision, or noticing your vision fading with time.
Hearing whooshing or pulsating noise in your ears (pulsatile tinnitus).
Neck or shoulder pain, nausea, and occasionally dizziness or imbalance.
